writermon: This irks me. I just saw it on fb and talked with my boyfriend about it. I love him very much cause he’s a good guy, cares about me, takes care of me, I can talk to him, you know, a wonderful relationship. He said he used to be like that, blaming someone else. We do want nice boyfriends, but it appears the only ones fighting for us and coming on to us are jerks. Cause they are fine getting rejected, if they want something they go for it, no matter what. “Good guys” tend to give up and to stay in the friendzone cause it is safe there. At least you got something with her, right? and then they complain that they are in the friendzone. Girls like to be fought for. Of course there is also girls that fight for you, and you’re lucky if you have that. Because everyone loves being fought for. I’ve been friendzoned myself after trying. But I’m not blaming every guy on earth that this happens. I just tried again and again. Which got me to my current boyfriend. I tried with him, he reacted and fought for me, then I fought for him. And now here we are, finding those posts really against women and overall shouldn’t be in our time anymore. If you want to blame someone then blame yourself, be that much of a (wo)man
